As regular competitors ourselves, as well as watching from the sidelines – we have noticed there is a common trend of simply turning up at the gym, working out and going home.

Essex Games Ltd want to bring more to the table – taking advantage of workout design, venue selection, equipment availability and by inviting local DJs to the events.
