Essex Games 75
Date: Saturday 22nd February 2025
Venue: Brentwood Centre, Doddinghurst Road, Brentwood Essex CM15 9NN
Essex Games 75 is an indoor functional fitness and endurance event where you score points over 75 minutes of workouts across 4 stations
Participants come from a wide variety of fitness backgrounds, such as CrossFit, military personnel, response services, personal trainers, sports coaches, OCR athletes and of course, the everyday fitness fanatic.
Important Notes:
1) Tickets are on a per-team basis. Team members do not need to purchase individual tickets, one ticket will cover both team members.
2) Sportograf, if you both want photographers you will need to purchase two, one for each athlete.
3) Please bear in mind this is an all day event.
STATION 1
20 min time cap
3km shared ski (after 750m.. one partner runs 400m)
Once 3k is finished both run 400m
25 x synchro burpees
25 x pass the ball over sit-ups (Females 6kg /Mixed & Males 10kg)
25 x Boxjumps/step overs (Females 20 inches /Mixed & Males 24 inches)
2 MINUTE REST
STATION 2
20min time cap: (METCON)
2) How many rounds can you complete YGIG
A) 20m Farmers Carry (Females 2 x 16kg /Mixed & Males 2 x 24kg)
B) 20m Sandbag Lunges (Females 10kg /Mixed & Males 20kg)
C) 25 Ground to Over head (Females 15kg /Mixed & Males 20kg)
D) 20m Shuttle Run
You must complete A – D before your partner goes.

3K Row split between partners –
75 sync air squats
75 hand clap plank
Row 40/50 calories (F40 cal / M & Mixed 50 calories)
2 MINUTE REST
STATION 4
15min time cap:
Distance (split between partners) Bike.
STATION 1
20 min time cap
